Toddlers' Praise

​Toddlers' Praise is designed as a service for babies right up to pre-school children and their parents/carers to meet together for songs, bubbles and a bible story. This is followed by time for playing for children and chatting and refreshments for adults.

The Monday morning service is well attended by 12 children ranging from the eldest at 4 years to our newest members being only weeks old.

We would be delighted to see you and if you know anyone who would like to join us any Monday morning during term-time, we are in St. Peter's from 9.30-11am.

We ask for a £1 donation from each family. All our helpers have DBS checks.

Junior Choir

Have you heard about George Barber, our Choirmaster?

Not only has he taught generations of young people to love music and to sing, he continues to lead our musical events all year.

A strong and active choir has been singing at St. Peter's Church since 1881. The music remains key to our worship, led by our mixed choir of adult and young members.

They meet every Friday evening at 6.45pm to rehearse.

FRIDAY PRAISE

Friday Praise, for primary school age children at St Peter’s Church Yarm Road every Friday in Term time, from 3.15pm – 5pm
 
All children are welcome but should be accompanied by a parent or carer. Children may arrive any time after school finishes. The times children arrive will vary depending on the time their school finishes
 
Snacks and drinks will be served as children arrive and there will be craft activities to do before time together at 4pm for songs, prayers and a story. The group will close at 5pm.
