Toddlers' Praise is designed as a service for babies right up to pre-school children and their parents/carers to meet together for songs, bubbles and a bible story. This is followed by time for playing for children and chatting and refreshments for adults.
The Monday morning service is well attended by 12 children ranging from the eldest at 4 years to our newest members being only weeks old.
We would be delighted to see you and if you know anyone who would like to join us any Monday morning during term-time, we are in St. Peter's from 9.30-11am.
We ask for a £1 donation from each family. All our helpers have DBS checks.
Don't forget to check out our Facebook page at Toddlers' Praise, St. Peter's Church, Stockton.
St. Peter’s Sunday School
On Sunday morning in term-time St. Peter’s Sunday School meets in the Vestry during the 10am service.
We spend about 40 minutes doing various activities including drama, craft, singing and puzzles. After this we either join the Junior Choir or return to our family in Church for the Holy Communion.
There are 25 of us ranging from 3 years to 14 years. Children of all ages are welcome but those under 3 years of age must be accompanied with an adult.
The Sunday School is designed to be split into two age groups to allow for meaningful age-appropriate interaction.
All our teachers/helpers have an up-to-date DBS check.
